About Me:
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the person you want to be? Life can be challenging, whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, substance use concerns, low self-esteem, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences. You do not have to face it alone.

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Mental Health (LADC-MH), I work with adolescents and adults who are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

I bring six years of valuable experience in community health, where I have dedicated myself to supporting clients as they navigate complex legal systems, including diversion courts such as drug, family treatment, and mental health courts. My work has involved assisting individuals facing challenges related to child welfare, including those involved with the Department of Human Services (DHS) and other critical life circumstances.

Over the past two years, my focus has shifted to working with adolescents who grapple with various traumatic experiences. This includes those who have had encounters with law enforcement, are coping with the emotional fallout of their parents’ divorce, and those who struggle with identity and peer relationships.  With empathy and understanding, I strive to provide these young individuals with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges and thrive in their lives.

I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, and major life transitions. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

I am especially passionate about helping individuals build self-trust, improve emotional well-being, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you are a teenager struggling to find your place in the world or an adult seeking greater balance, healing, and fulfillment, therapy can be a powerful step toward the life you want.

Reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself as you work toward lasting change. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
