About Me:
I have spent portions of my life living over seas and enjoy traveling. I love engaging with people from across the globe and entering into their stories. Being a military spouse I understand the challenges of deployment, starting over again, and the tolls this can take on service members, marriages, and families. Whatever background you come from and the crossroads or struggles you are facing it’s important not to feel like you are walking it alone.
Research shows that unhealthy relationships can lead to emotional and physical stress and healthy relationships can enhance and improve our overall well being. If you’re curious about what this might look like I invite you to watch the video linked below. My hope is to help people find growth, change, healing and wholeness in their lives and relationships.
I use a wide range of resources to achieve such goals including: emotional processing, family history/patterns, relational work, spiritual exploration/development, and the use of literature and research.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
