GROUP Description:

This is an all-women's group that will meet in person in Edmond, OK on Monday evenings at 5:00 p.m. starting March 17th. Topics will focus on communication, relationships, grounding, mindfulness skills, supportive discussion, insight, emotion regulation, coping skills, and empowerment.
