About Me:
There are times in our lives were we just feel stuck. Isn’t it beautiful waking up every morning with the biggest smile on your face? Feeling complete and like you own the world? Sadly, that is not the reality for everybody. That feeling of loneliness, pain, feeling that you can’t breathe can be draining and can have a negative effect on us. These feelings/life situations can be due to a consequence of our choices, our past, or just unresolved issues that are sometimes far beyond our control. It takes a lot of strength and courage to be able to seek help and I truly commend you for that. I work with individuals and families, including but not limited to depression/anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or any other kind of psychological distress that becomes central in a person's life.
I believe that being truthful about your feelings and feeling the pain of the moment will help you grow. I see the positive in every person and I would love for you to see it in yourself too. I want to help you see that you can change, grow or even find that person that you have always wanted to become. I want to help you become aware of negative thoughts or irrational beliefs and replace them with positive thoughts. I am here to help you find skills to change negative self-talk to constructive self-talk. Your personal goals and hopes are important to me. I’d like to help you achieve them.
I want you to leave session with the biggest smile on your face, believing that we have choices in every situation. Even in the worst conditions, I believe that we can choose a positive attitude. I want you to remember that pain becomes a tool in your life and as cheesy as it sounds, pain is not in vain. I strongly believe that being honest to yourself, recognizing uncomfortable feelings, and just wanting a change will make you feel alive again.
Are you ready for a new chapter in your life? I would love to hear from you. Just remember, you do not have to go through this by yourself.
